Prenatal Massage- Designed for the expectant mother, this massage uses body pillows to provide relief from any swelling and cramping one might be experiencing. Client must have permission from her primary care physician before scheduling an appointment.

Thai Table Influenced/Stretch Massage- The therapist will use her hands, knees, and elbows to apply pressure to the important points along the energy lines of the body in combination with assisted yoga stretches. An invigorating treatment that restores balance and energizes the body. Client will need to wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.

Lomi Lomi - Hawaiian Therapeutic Massage- Lomi Lomi massage is a flowing, vibrant, and deeply relaxing massage. The therapist will use her hands and forearms in long fluid strokes of varying rhythm and intensity along the client’s body. Essential oils of your choice are blended with olive, coconut, and grapeseed oil to give you a one of a kind holistic treatment. You will have increased circulation, better sense of well-being, self-awareness, stress-relief, and a unified body and mind.

Japanese Zen Facial Massage- Japanese Zen Facial Massage is a relaxing technique combining gentle acupressure and essential oils to allow for deep relaxation for the mind and body. The massage therapist will gently massage the scalp, ear lobes, face, neck, and shoulders. The session improves circulation in your face and helps to prevent wrinkles and premature aging. A Japanese Zen Facial Massage will calm your nerves and make you feel like the beautiful person you are!

Chair Massage - Client remains fully clothed and sits comfortably in massage chair. The chair massage focuses on head, neck, shoulders, back, and arms. This is a very nice option if the client is pressed for time or is new to massage therapy.
